We're extending a rather nice cottage in the village of Staple Fitzpaine right now. The work involves the demolition of an old scullery and coalshed, and then constructing an extension for the dining room and a new kitchen. The cottage is part of the Orchard Portman estate and dates from around 1900 and forms part of what is a historically interesting village.

Our work will take a few weeks, and once again attention to detail is the key. Some ornate brickwork will be required to match the existing building, and we'll be using a lot of reclaimed materials to help blend the extension into it's surroundings.
