listed_extension

This listed building in Taunton is being extended to include a glass roofed area plus an outside utility room. We're using a wide range of original materials, such as the flagstones shown, plus reclaimed and newly produced items.

The project is in a confined space, requiring careful planning and management and has also had some specialist drainage works completed as part of the early stages of the project. We've also installed extensive supporting metalwork to support the entire rear wall over the building.

This is a complex job, with the difficulties of a small working area and the requirements. It's the kind of project that we love to work on.

We're nearing completion of the roof structure now, and then it will be on to more internal work. roof-and-rendering

The tiles are in place and the building is water-tight. Everything is progressing well in what is a very tight workspace.
